Telehealth: For the Busy Professional
What We Can Do Through Telehealth
1. Review Your History and Symptoms
We’ll talk through your symptoms, medical history, what you’ve already tried, and what has or hasn’t helped.
2. Help You Understand What’s Going On
Education is an important part of recovery. We’ll help you better understand your symptoms, movement patterns, and treatment options.
3. Assess Your Movement by Video
Using video, we can observe how you walk, move, bend, sit, stand, or perform specific activities to help identify movement limitations.
4. Teach Self-Treatment Strategies
We can guide you through techniques you can safely perform at home using your hands or simple tools to address stiffness, discomfort, and mobility.
5. Progress Movement and Reduce Sensitivity
We can work with you on graded movement, exercise progression, and strategies designed to improve comfort, confidence, and function.
You don’t always have to wait for an in-person visit to begin making progress. Telehealth can be a useful way to start your plan of care, ask questions, and receive guided treatment from home.
