Our Specialized Physical Therapists
Meet our dedicated experts in spine and pelvic physical therapy treatments.

Lambert Quartey, PT, OMT, CMTPT
Senior Orthopedic/Male Pelvic Floor Specialist
He has spent nearly thirty years practicing orthopedic physical therapy. He earned his degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Department of Physical Therapy, in 1995 and built his career around orthopedics — treating the injuries, conditions, and pain that affect muscles, joints, and connective tissue.
Lambert is an orthopedic manual therapist, which means much of his work is done by hand: joint mobilization and manipulation, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, and manual stretching. He holds several dry needling certifications and works with fascial treatments such as Graston Technique and cupping.
He is also a trained myofunctional therapist, a focus held by only a small number of physical therapists nationwide. This work targets the muscles and movement patterns of the mouth and face, helping patients with oral motor concerns that range from cleft palate to difficulties with speech and swallowing.
Over his career, Lambert has founded and run several successful private practices. Before opening Spine and Pelvic Physical Therapy, he started the male pelvic floor physical therapy program at George Washington University Hospital.
Outside the clinic, Lambert is an avid cyclist, runner, and fitness enthusiast. He is also a professional photographer, travels widely, and has a particular love of hiking volcanoes. His taste in music runs from classical and jazz to reggae and Latin.
